Eat Well

“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” ~Virginia Woolf

Ultimately, eating well is the top goal. I think the best way to do that is to learn how to cook, and then cook more at home.  Here are some additional cookbooks, websites and apps that I look to for inspiration.
